POLA converters for memory bus termination

Emerson Network Power's range of POLA compliant non-isolated dc-dc converters includes a number of modules designed specifically for bus termination in DDR and QDR memory applications. Capable of sourcing and sinking current, these modules accurately track their Vref input to generate a Vtt bus termination voltage in the range 0.55 to 1.8 Vdc. The converters offer a choice of through-hole and surface-mount configurations.
